Charismatic and showy.
Story
Daughter of a family that owns a very large casino and many of the surrounding businesses, legal and not. A mishap during a presentation leads to her removal from the family, which forces her into the streets, struggling to use her talents to survive and somehow hopefully earn her place back.
Looks like a classic magician type with a top hat and tuxedo. Wavy and curly light blue hair. Short.

Author's Notes
The job combination that turned into Arabella was Black Mage and Rogue.
Her first name was picked because I wanted something that could be shortened into a nickname. Her last name is a couple things; "Di" seemed to be a common part of Italian surnames, meaning "child of", and "Radici" means "roots"; Roots referring to the underworld rooting itself into the foundation of society.
