A mishap in the presentation software led to a notation becoming this fighter's official name on the screen. The fans loved it, and thus "Legally Required" was born. Despite the name, the Hooligans' Snorlax proved himself to be just as much of a rascal as the rest of the team, cursing at the enemies and exploding, even in his sleep.
