Perrsival is the Hooligans' beloved mascot, and the heart and soul of the team. Any fan attending a home game will find that much of the experience lies in the Perrserker's impish nature and joker's tricks. He loves to provoke and mock the away team, bringing laughs to the crowd, and embodying what it means to be a hooligan.
