A member of our "Junior Hooligans" program, T.O.P. is a standout Pokemon in many ways. He has luck of high levels the Hooligans have never seen before; getting 2 snacks from the vending machine in one order, finding 5 pokedollars on the ground outside of HQ, or even never experiencing a stopped crosswalk. We shudder to think about the power he holds in the future, and can't wait to see him on the battlefield.
